Manti — Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers

This policy describes how the Manti (מאנטי) service handles information when you use its business dashboard and connected services. The Manti service team can be contacted at mantiy.business@gmail.com, including for privacy and deletion requests.

2. Information processed

Manti processes account and business information you provide, requested workflow content and results, and operational or audit records such as timestamps and authorization outcomes. Connected-service information is accessed according to the features and permissions you authorize.

For the initial TikTok integration, user.info.basic permits basic profile information, including the app-specific account identifier, display name and avatar. video.list permits public video information, such as identifiers, titles and publicly available metadata. Information actually returned depends on TikTok and the fields requested. OAuth access and refresh tokens and app credentials are stored to maintain an authorized connection. Your TikTok password and verification codes are entered on TikTok's interface, not requested in Manti chat. The initial connection does not request posting, messaging or advertising permissions.

3. Purposes

We process information to identify and verify the authorized account, display requested information in the business dashboard, carry out authorized workflows, maintain the connection, diagnose errors and keep an activity audit. TikTok information is not sold or used to train Manti AI models. We do not access private TikTok messages through this integration.

4. Service providers and transfers

Requests to TikTok are subject to TikTok's own privacy policy and platform rules. Other Manti features may use the external services you connect and infrastructure or AI providers required for a requested feature. Relevant content may be processed by those providers and outside your country, under their respective terms and policies. Connecting TikTok for a read-only check does not itself authorize sending its data to every other connected service.

5. Storage and retention

Connection tokens are stored in access-restricted configuration, separate from public pages and source control. Business content and audit records are retained for service operation and continuity. Revoking external authorization does not automatically delete local tokens, previously retrieved data or audit records. Account deletion may archive data rather than permanently erase it. Contact us to request erasure of TikTok tokens and stored TikTok information, export, or an explanation of applicable retention. Records required by law or necessary to resolve disputes may be retained; backups may retain copies until replaced through normal backup cycles.

6. Controls and requests

You can revoke authorization using TikTok's connected-app controls. For access, correction, export, disconnection or deletion requests, email mantiy.business@gmail.com and identify the relevant Manti business account and TikTok account. Do not email passwords, tokens or verification codes. We may request reasonable proof of authority before releasing or deleting account information. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and the rights of other account owners.

7. Security and cookies

Manti uses access controls, customer scopes and approval gates to restrict use of account information. No system can guarantee complete security. The dashboard may use session cookies or browser storage needed for authentication and operation. These two legal pages load no analytics scripts, tracking pixels or third-party fonts.

8. Updates

The current policy is maintained at this permanent URL with its update date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account contact information. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to mantiy.business@gmail.com.
